...the social media for my friends at Ice Nine Group. At least some of it. If you're on Facebook do me a favor and check out !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , on Instagram it's !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , and twitter is !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! too. I'm meeting with my doc in about a hour to schedule my 3rd and hopefully final arm surgery...so this will help keep me sane for the next few months, as I've run out of Netflix to watch over the last 7.

Keith Strong runs the place, and he's been a good friend for a while. Years ago he had a wheel that needed a weld repair and came to me. Instead of payment, I asked if he'd paint my wheels...and the rest is history. He's my partner in the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! I'll be resuming as soon as I'm able, and we're also collaborating on my !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! drop top build for SEMA '14.

Obviously I'm stoked about the Buick build, but on top of that Ice9 has some really cool things lined up for '14. They obtained the first Ford Tremor to build for Hagerty's annual Barrett Jackson Fantasy Bid contest( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ), it was a pretty basic build in a short time frame but the truck looks killer with a drop and sounds sick with a tune and exhaust. Also debuting at Barrett Jackson Scottsdale is their carbon fiber Shelby Cobra....

They've teamed up with another Detroit based company that specializes in composites, and there are some BIG things on the horizon....from full bodies to specialized parts.

There are also a few pretty gnarly projects that can't be discussed yet, including one with sideways implications.

Kinja'd!!!

Shane Whalley's Ice Nine GTO is retired, this season is gonna see a new drifty machine on the streets of Detroit...

Beyond that you've pry seen their work from the last few years floating around the interweb...

Like the Hot Wheels transit...

the '14 Fiesta ST rally car

Mariah....she should be getting on the dyno when she returns from Scottsdale and is looking to put down well beyond 1k RWHP

They did the body and paint on our friend Austin's bad ass 3rd gen:

Yeah, Austin is a mad genius. The thing makes priests question the existence of god. So evil. So awesome.

Kinja'd!!!

All Fiesta ST's need rally lights in the grille. And wide fenders too.

Hope the surgery & rehab go well and you can get back to doing what you do.
